"I went to the Brentwood store on Wednesday, November 5. I arrived there a few minutes before 4 so I could participate in the nutcracker hunt.\nAs I was approaching the back of the store to check on some food items, I noticed that there was a tall man in front of me, presumably an employee of the store. He was hiding something. I immediately thought that it could be one of the nutcrackers. I went to the shelves and pulled it out.\nThe nightmare started then. He saw me, he accused me of stalking him and grabbed the card from me in front of other customers. I am a 76 year old woman, a grandmother who does not stalk anyone! Obviously, I was so shocked and humiliated that I could not even react to this rude behavior. I just left.\nThe next day I called the store and found out that his name is Steven. I also called Corporate Office to voice my concern about this behavior. After 24 hours nobody has called me back.\nMy family and I have been customers of this store for several years and I have never had a complaint about anything. This time I am appalled, hurt and offended by accusations that were totally unfounded."

"I love going shopping in person for baby clothes or clothes for kids. Lately, I feel like everything has shifted to buying online especially with Amazon being such a big thing. They even sell Carters stuff on Amazon. The actual Carters store has been around for such a long time and I enjoy coming to have a look at their selection in person! They typically have sale items and I'd say that their prices are fair. The only thing I don't really like is that for girls they don't have a lot of bright colors, mostly everything is very earth-tone like. I also came in looking for accessories (bibs/bows, etc) but some locations just don't have that at all while others have a very small selection. This one in particular is one of my favorites to come to: I think it's typically more organized than the surrounding locations and their employees are always helpful. I will continue to shop here because honestly there is not a lot of children clothing stores around anymore! So many went out of business so I'd love to keep supporting them and coming in store because I'm not a fan of the online shift!! You will be able to find a good selection here (more for girls) but there is a lot of boy stuff too! i think it's convenient and nice."
